Due to the size of these files, specific instructions will be given at Thursday’s DDC meeting as to how we will be loading student attendance. All other staff and student data can be loaded normally.
Level 0 maintenance has been completed and is now available. Please be aware that although this update was performed to allow for the new student attendance reporting requirements, at this time, these files will not be able to be loaded individually by each district.

SDS is offering CIO 101 this Friday, 9/25 and Friday, 10/1. These are identical workshops offered on two different days. This workshop is designed for new DDCs and those in district who want a full understanding of data reporting throughout the year. Register via datacentral

Similarly, when it is determined that it is safe to re-open the school building(s) each public school district, charter school or BOCES must inform the Department via the Report of School Re-Opening.
Effective immediately, each public school district, charter school or BOCES must notify SED immediately when the emergency plan or building-level school safety plan is activated and results in the closing of a school building using the Report of School Closure form.
Today is the last day for teachers to submit ePMF data. Admins with TAA access will still be able to make corrections until the Feb 14 district deadline
Please be reminded that the deadline to load NYSAA eligible students in Level 0 with the appropriate 0220 program service code, for population in KITE, is this Thursday, November 7th.
We have been notified by NYSED that there have been some technical issues with the TAA system this morning. Users may have issues when logging in and/or submitting information.
