“It was never intended as a political statement or as support for anyone’s actions or beliefs,” the singer explained.

🇧🇦 BHRT will not return Bosnia and Herzegovina to #Eurovision in 2027.

Confirming the news to ESCToday, the broadcaster cited its financial difficulties. Earlier, in December 2016, it was sanctioned by the EBU due to unpaid debts.

— Host city selected by 31 July
— Executive Producer, Creative Director, and Showrunner appointed by 30 August
— Contract with the chosen venue signed by 10 September
