AN OPEN LETTER TO THE RESIDENTS OF OSUN, OGUN,OYO,ONDO,EKITI,LAGOS AND KWARA STATES
I am using this medium to awaken the residents of Osun about ongoing discovery of circumstances in part of Ogun, Oyo and Kwara State.
There are Foreigners precisely from Mali, BourkinaFasso, Cote D'Ivoire, Togo, Benin Republic between age 18 to 30years both males and females who cannot speak English language except French language who are now moving into this country under the cover that they are into online business.
This youths have an agents bringing them into Nigeria without passports. There are some Nigerians who hired their houses to them, and in a three bedroom flat house, they may numbered up to 30peoples or more. These people spend money feely in the markets, they do not have any visible items they sell to make money. In their rooms, the only things they have are phones, clothes, shoes, and mats for sleeping, and cooking materials.
They always hired houses in the remote area of the town or new sites. Nobody knows plans has by these youths and their agents, either for now or the future. We suspect that these youths were brought into Nigeria for 2027 election to be used, or they are training them to become bandits or Kidnappers, who will be terrorizing our area or Southwest as a whole, or they were been sponsored by ISWAP to later launch jihad war against us. If these are their plans, we must disengage them and prevent it from coming to pass.
MY SUGGESSIONS
(1)All Landlord Association should conduct a search in their area to see if there are non Nigerians more than 10, who cannot speak English, who always stay at home living in a particular houses, if found report to security agent and immigration officers to know from which country they came from and what to do.
(2)Any landlord who harbour Non Nigerians inside his or her house where they are more than ten, is a bandits/Kidnappers godfather.
(3)Be suspicious of Non Nigerians youths always moving in groups of five or more and challenge them, ask them where are they going ?, where are they living ?, and what are their missions ?.
(4) To market women ; when someone who cannot communicate in a languages you understand buy about 40loaves of bread from you at once, and also buy 4crates of eggs at a go, and pay you without negotiations, then, the person is likely to be bandits, alert market peoples and question the buyers, or call security agents near to you.
(5)To the Native Okada Riders ; when you carry a stranger who promised to pay you four times of the normal prices, you should suspect that stranger.
(6) If you see something unusual, say something to the Bales, the elders in the compound, or to the Chiefs, or go to the palace to tell the King or security agents. If you refuse to expose evil people like bandits or Kidnappers, you and your family could be killed or Kidnappers for ransom. Remember, that Kidnappers are no longer collecting 50millions again.
(7) Security is everybody's concern, don't play l don't care attitude.
(8)If possible hired night guards to watch over your area, and each house must buy whistles. When there is an attack at midnight, let each house blow their whistles together as this will make the criminals run away since everybody is now awake .
(9) Let each house armed themselves in the way they can, don't wait for bandits to come and slaughter you.
(10) Remember that Fulani don't engage in face to face war, they only strike in the midnight with guns and matchets, daggers, the fight doesn't last, more than 10 minutes before disappearing into the bush. Fortify yourself with charms eg (afeta and okigbe) forget about religion, this is time for freedom fighting.
(11) Closed your shop latest at 8:00pm to avoid being a victim of circumstances.
(12) Search all abandoned buildings, big fences yet to be built, as criminals always used them for hideout.
(13)There should be a joint security force comprising Police, Civil Defence, Army, Amotekun, Agbekoya, Vigilante, Local Hunters with good relationship and exchange of numbers in case of emergency. If there is none, form one before it is too late.
(14) To the Herbalists : Plant charms at the outskirts of our towns to chase evil peoples away from our community, just as our forefathers used to do in those days.
Yoruba land is very peaceful, we must not allow criminals to overthrow our father's land and displace us. Share extensively on other platforms to create awareness for all Yoruba speaking states ( West),Ile Yoruba ko ni baje o

Governors Who Misuse State Police Will Face Federal Intervention - Adaramodu
If it is perceived that a governor is using state police to pursue a partisan, religious, or sectional agenda, the federal police can step in. The law provides that the federal police can take over the roles and functions of a state police force if it is found to be operating outside its constitutional mandate. These are important safeguards designed to prevent anyone from using state police for personal or political interests.

Ayiri Emami: "No Ijaws in Warri South, INEC Must Not Amend Tinubu's Directive"
Itsekiri leader and APC chieftain Chief Ayiri Emami has declared that President Bola Tinubu's directive on the Warri South delineation must not be amended, insisting that INEC is not a town planning agency. Speaking on the controversy, Emami stated, "We will resist any attempt to rename Warri for us. There are no Ijaws in Warri South."
The statement comes amid rising tensions over INEC's ward delineation exercise, which has sparked fierce opposition from Ijaw and Urhobo groups who have insisted on the inclusion of Ijaw communities in Warri South . Ijaw leaders have presented historical and legal documentation, including the 1928 Warri Township Assessment Report, to back their claim of deep-rooted indigeneity in the area .
Emami, a prominent Itsekiri leader and Ologbotsere of Warri Kingdom, has been a vocal figure in the dispute . President Tinubu had earlier commended Emami for his commitment to peacebuilding and safeguarding oil and gas resources in the Niger Delta . However, Ijaw and Urhobo coalitions have accused the Itsekiri of attempting to truncate the peace process by opposing the rotation of key legislative seats .
The Warri delineation row has deepened, with the Itsekiri National Youth Council rejecting INEC's proposals and threatening to shut down oil operations if their demands are not met. The crisis has led to heightened security in Warri, with police deploying personnel to prevent a breakdown of law and order .
As the Federal Government faces mounting pressure to resolve the dispute, Emami's declaration underscores the deep ethnic divisions over land, representation, and political control in the oil-rich region.
