OUR OUTCOMES.
One of the outcomes which can be improved by receiving care from a midwife you know is a reduction in episiotomies. Only 9% of Ivy mums received this intervention last year, well below the national average of 22.7%. 🎉

@YesAllBabies We are a team of 8 midwives with a caseload of 24 women per full timer. We work flexibly in the day time providing AN/PN care to women in their own home. We have 1 day on call and 1 night on call each day to provide intrapartum care wherever the women wishes to birth.
