As an SIA licence holder, you play a vital role in protecting the public, especially if you’re working as a door supervisor in clubs and bars. This is a reminder of the training you’ve received to help you identify and support people in vulnerable situations.

- Call a licensed taxi to get them home safely
- Use safe havens (e.g. St John Ambulance)
- Ask a colleague for support – don’t deal with it alone
- Call the police if necessary
