@Irish_Ferries There are hungry and exhausted children screaming at their frazzled parents. We have been sitting at the port since 5:30 PM (4 hours so far) and there is no sign of an improvement or movement! It is your duty to AT LEAST update passengers and ensure that food and drink is given!
@Irish_Ferries The next sailing was 30 minutes ago ( you cancelled our booked one) and we are still at standstill. Vending machines take your money but dispense drinks etc. No information at the port. Irish Ferries’ helpline is closed, as is the web chat option. Dreadful!
