@Creativemelody1 I think the talismans are actually useless. They don’t actually work but the monsters are given instructions to not go past them when in contact with residents. I don’t think they actually do anything but are made for residents to believe they have some form of safety.

@Creativemelody1 I think it was the boy in white who said “the answers to the end are at the beginning” maybe he means the tree roots are the answer . Jade saw this symbol early on and it had been drawn by somebody in those books previously

@K_N_G_M_K_Y I think it was purely to mess with Boyd. Seeing Randall live with a huge scar and following issues is a way of getting to Boyd and making him feel guilty for leaving Randall behind. The monsters LOVE f*cking with Boyd and this was another way to do it.

@K_N_G_M_K_Y It’s almost like he’s known “Tabitha” from a child and watched her over centuries reincarnate into being the one that needs to solve his game of saving the children. He said this time around her and Jade are doing much better and getting closer (almost like he was proud)
