Meet Gianna Musto! She is the Sergeant of Arms for our club! She is majoring in Marine Science. She will be taking her first Wallops courses next summer after her sophomore year, and hopefully working in Tampa, Florida once she graduates!🥳
There are so many donation sites to help save our oceans!🤪 This one, called Save The Waves, has a mission to protect coastal ecosystems around the world. Let’s help spread awareness and donate! Anything helps and is very much appreciated. Let’s keep our oceans clean and healthy!
Meet Devon Billbrough! She is the president of our club:) Devon is majoring in marine science and minoring in psychology. She wants to get an internship with the Georgia Aquarium after she graduates. This girl is truly a blessing, where would this club be without her!!
4ocean is here to clean up our ocean. This organization truly is saving our marine life while also keeping our Earth clean. Each purchase pulls 1lb of trash from the ocean. Over 7 million pounds have been pulled so far, so let’s keep it up!🥳
The club went on an adventure this weekend! The group went to the Chincoteague Bay Field Station for our fall semester trip. We did a beach clean up and helped with maintenance work around the field station. We are so happy we got to help out CBFS!

Happy National Dolphin Day! Did you know the gestation period for a dolphin is 9 to 17 months? After the baby is born, the mother takes care of the newborn. It has been observed that the mother and child will cuddle together. How cute is that!

Happy National Unicorn Day everyone! Narwhals are the unicorns of the sea. Their tusk is actually a tooth. It is soft on the outside while hard of the inside. It can grow up to 10 feet long and bend about 12 inches before breaking. Only the males and about 15% of females have it.
