@TPCentralOdisha It's been more than 3 hrs where powercut is being noticed. But there should be a reason where the hq must know its cause. so that when consumer asks for it, he must get the answer. Here ur call centre was not aware. Why?
Whatever work is going on, why they aren't letting u know?

Going forward, the @TPCentralOdisha leadership is requested to work on it. Failing so, strict action must be taken against the lineman who has asked for shut down without any reason. If you are doing some maintenance work, what's wrong to accept that on paper? Cc : @CMO_Odisha

Dear @TPCentralOdisha immediate attention is required for the maintenance of grounded 11 kv wire inside the Balabhadrapur village of Astaranga section (NED). Also you are requested to ensure that it mustn't reoccur in future. Pls patrol for the vulnerability and fix ASAP.

The tilted insulator and pole attached here, might create issues in the days ahead.Could you pls strengthen its base pouring M25 grade concrete inside @TPCentralOdisha ?It's located near Ganesh ITI,VIP colony, Astaranga (NED).

Also,pls remove the stay wire associated with it.

@TPCentralOdisha @CMO_Odisha @EnergyOdisha Just 30 mins back they restored the supply. For a minor fuse issue, in an around 20/25 families struggled through out the night without power. This is disgusting.Escalating the matter before hon'le @PMOIndia to have some training for this inefficient governance & govt resources.
