We have had so much fun at our sports fun session! 🏃‍♀️ We enjoyed throwing bean bags through the hoops, jumping the hurdles, egg and spoon race, balancing, jumping and a couple of running races too!

What an exciting morning we have had! 🦋 After all five of our butterflies emerged from their cocoons it was time to let them go. We let the butterflies fly away, some of them even stayed to say goodbye and sat on our fingers for a little while!
We were sad to see them go 🦋

We have been learning all about dental hygiene this morning and the importance of brushing our teeth! 🦷 We read ‘Peppa pig and the dentist trip’ at carpet time before working together to clean the pretend plague off the teeth. Well done everyone 🦷😃

We are so excited that we now have four butterflies in our enclosure, we have loved being able to observe the life cycle of a caterpillar to a butterfly 🐛 We thought the butterflies were ‘really cool’ and ‘we loved the red bits on the butterflies wings’ 🦋

Exciting announcement! Our beach cafe will be opening for business when we return to school on 6th June!
We will be serving ice cream and fish and chips by the pool 😎 All we need now is some sunshine! ☀️

Our story this week is ‘we’re going on a bear hunt’🐻 We enjoyed going on our own bear hunt, we used different coloured paint for the swishy grass, oozy mud and deep river. We compared the different sizes of our footprints and talked about which ones were the same/different!

What a fantastic time we had at our teddy’s bear picnic today! 🐻🍎

Our story this week is We’re going on a bear hunt🐻 Today we went on our own bear hunt, through the swishy swashy grass and the thick ooozy mud to look for the bear! Unfortunately we couldn’t find him but had fun drawing pictures of the bear and making him food in the mud kitchen

It’s officially Spring 🌱🌼
This morning we enjoyed planting some lovely flowers and herbs in our house window outside. We enjoyed using our garden tools to dig and plant our flowers and we are excited to see them grow 🌱

We decided to make the most of all the windy weather and decorate our own kites to fly in the wind. We had lots of fun giving them a test run! 💨

It’s never just a box! 📦
We enjoyed creating a magical rocket ship to fly into space. First we decorated it before choosing what shape windows to add, we chose a circle, square and rectangle.
We could see the moon from our windows! 🌚
