Been thinking about this. The ultimate answer is: Any you can do successfully.

Working with data I find extremely rewarding. My Australian model is predicated on solid data. Manipulating that to beat (admittedly small market) closing lines I find rewarding more than anything else. The caveat is you need the right thoughts to ask the model. A fancy model is redundant if you aren’t asking it to solve the correct problem(s).

I’ve worked with inside info in the past, I enjoyed this more than anything else I’ve done before. Knowing the news before the lineups go out and being proven right massages the old ego. The drawback here is that not everyone has access to inside info. In fact, very few do.

“+EV betting” By far the easiest and most effective way I’ve bet - anybody can do it. No sporting knowledge required, no inside info required, No modelling experience required. Just manually or via the use of bots/sites finding dropping odds at a benchmark book (Like Pinnacle) and taking at books that haven’t adjusted their prices.
