German-Canadian #waternerd. Love of water extends especially to frozen and recycled forms. Water Reuse Practice Director at @CarolloTweets. Tweets are my own.
Carollo is thrilled to announce the elevation of several key employees to its board of directors. These appointments reflect our commitment to nurturing leadership from within and our vision for sustained excellence and longevity. Meet the board members: https://t.co/AWQEWDRxJe.
And with a few years of disciplined gym workouts under my belt, I started playing soccer again after a nearly 20-year hiatus, doing my best to channel some of Kiwi’s joy and internalizing her daily reminders that age only holds you back if you let it.
A thread:
Kiwi loves this spot by the window in my office. She’s got a comfy bed, fresh air (on cool mornings), and can see all the comings and goings… even squirrels!
This is where she waits for us to come home when we’ve been gone.
Hard to believe she turned 11 last month.
Various doctors have given me various diagnoses, but seem to agree that hip replacements are in my future.
But we both still play with fierce and occasionally reckless abandon. Kiwi still chases a tennis ball as if she were a puppy…
The bad news is forever chemicals are everywhere. These toxic compounds are linked to a host of health problems, from cancer to fertility issues. Here's how you can take meaningful steps to reduce your risk. https://t.co/8SHqlbBQNE
Aside from her day-to-day work, Pranjali Kumar served as a #waterYPSumit planning committee member. The committee comprised 10 individuals who handled the event's programming, marketing, and sponsorship! Check out what Pranjali had to say about her experience. @awwa@WEForg

Machine learning can potentially improve the accuracy and efficiency of alert systems for Direct Potable Reuse (DPR). Several Carollo team members contributed toward a successful desktop proof-of-concept for a machine learning-based alert system for DPR. https://t.co/IV6fsi0sgA
in september we tweeted a poetic musing about sewers.
a follower messaged us to ask if they could illustrate the poem as a gift for their dad.
today we learned they did for christmas. 🥹
The most #transparent, #collaborative, and well-informed regulatory development process for #DPR to which I have had the privilege of contributing. Kudos to @CDPHE for creating this environment and to colleagues @CarolloTweets and the water industry that helped get us all here.
Support for direct potable reuse continues to grow across the nation, including in Colorado, where the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission approved a first-of-its-kind DPR regulatory framework for the state. Read about this significant development: https://t.co/TlgGuSbqQj
Thanks @stukhan for finding and highlighting the interview on the development of potable reuse in the US that I gave with @WaterWorld at #weftec22. Great timing, too, with the recent passage of DPR regulations in Colorado. Love the #waterreuse work I do at @CarolloTweets.
Informative video interview featuring @ESteinleDarling on the increasing uptake of water reuse and regulatory updates in the USA. https://t.co/HK51aNLQER
