I just learned a cool trick from a photographer yesterday. Put your polarized sunglasses in front of your camera lens and the pictures you take will have more defined colors. I totally agree. What do you think?

Still stuck in the ditch. It’s 18 degrees outside and snowing and there are so many accidents on the road, our backup shuttle driver can’t get to us. The captain wants the hotel to send an emergency vehicle to us. And for some reason... I just can’t stop... LAUGHING! 😆 😂

Cody and I checked out a new area of the Cal Sag trail today and found Palos Park. Plus the waterfalls were in in Worth. It was really pretty. And two days ago, the fam went walking the other way on the Cal Sag trail. It’s a beautiful little trail along a gorgeous river.

Had my first medical emergency on a plane tonight. It was kind of exciting. Guy was ok. He just needed oxygen. Nice guy. I hope he got home ok tonight. He’s definitely in my prayers tonight.

Had a fun day at the Brookfield Zoo in Chicagoland today. I actually got to see some animals I only see on tv, like a rhino and an orangutan. They may seem like more common animals but I had never actually seen one in person. It was a really fun day.

Just finished watching Sens8. If you don’t mind all different kinds of sex scenes, it’s an absolute must watch. It’s soooo good. Also went hiking with Cody this morning, Chicago-style. I love this city more and more everyday.
