I am pleased to join the Embassy’s Green Legacy campaign under the inspiring theme “Planting Hope,” together with our diplomats and staff here in the United Arab Emirates.

Before the planting ceremony, I briefed the mission on the remarkable national achievements registered since the launch of the Green Legacy initiative. The campaign has not only helped raise Ethiopia’s forest coverage to 23 percent, but has also enhanced our country’s image as a model nation in global climate action.

The remarkable records achieved through this national effort reflect the resilience and determination of the Ethiopian people, and they continue to inspire hope for a greener and brighter future. Like the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, the Green Legacy is a source of national pride and a lasting legacy for generations to come.

I am proud of the active participation of our diplomats and staff, who successfully completed the seedling planting program.

Honored to brief African Ambassadors in Abu Dhabi on Ethiopia’s latest national developments, including the successful 7th National Election, the Bishoftu International Airport project, preparations for COP32, and the current situation in Tigray.

Ethiopia’s major projects are not only national achievements, but also a source of pride and shared progress for Africa.

The Ambassadors welcomed Ethiopia’s peaceful and credible electoral process, commended the country’s major development initiatives, and expressed readiness to work alongside Ethiopia in support of its aspirations.

30ኛው ዓለም አቀፉ የታዳሽ ኃይል ኤጄንሲ(IRENA) የም/ቤት እና ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ስብሰባ በአቡዳቢ ተጀመረ።
ዓለም አቀፉ የታዳሽ ኃይል ኤጄንሲ(International Renewable Energy Agency) 30ኛ የም/ቤት ስብሰባውን ዛሬ ጥቅምት 20 ቀን 2018 በአቡ ዳቢ ዓ.ም ጀምሯል፡፡
