Yeah, it's exceedingly rare because it's so hard to PROVE, and it's so hard to prove because, HEY, what would the EVIDENCE look like? Even video of a person repeatedly feeding handfuls of ballots into a counting machine is not "evidence" because courts refuse to look at it. Why?

Of course, voter fraud is exceedingly rare - because it's exceedingly rare that any competent people go LOOKING FOR IT . . . and even WHEN it's found it's always dismissed as 'unproven allegations'. And so, the election cheating continues and continues and continues.

Hey, if you don't seriously go LOOKING for voter fraud, you sure won't FIND ANY. And then you can go public with statements like, "We cannot find any 'widespread' voter fraud in the recent election".
