One of Illinois’ greatest high school football rivalries is coming to the stadium on October 16, 2026.
Yesterday, we welcomed coaches and athletic directors from both schools for a behind-the-scenes tour ahead of one of the first major events ever held in the stadium.
Congratulations to Lilia from @ETHSWildkits, the winner of my 2026 Congressional Art Competition!
Her stunning piece, "Gatsby's American Dream," is a powerful reflection on the inequities that continue to stand in the way of equal opportunity.
I'm so proud to showcase her incredible talent and this important message in the U.S. Capitol.
Recovery efforts following the recent cybersecurity incident are ongoing at ETHS. Access to district systems remains limited, and phone lines remain unavailable. We know this has required patience and flexibility from our entire school community, and we are grateful for your continued support.
We also want to recognize our incredible student workers in the ChromeZone, whose assistance has been greatly appreciated as they support our IIT Department’s response.
As our restoration and recovery efforts continue, regular updates will be shared via email and posted at https://t.co/W3RPOTgYEv.
