Republicans are going to spend hundreds of billions that we donât have to fund Trumpâs endless war and line the pockets of the military industrial complex, which now includes members of Trumpâs family.
Nothing for you, but a fortune for war.
NWS SPREADING: Another Texas county has a confirmed case of New World Screwworm according to the @USDA's dashboard.
Edwards County had a cow infested with screwworm, bringing the national total to 7 cases across 5 counties in Texas and New Mexico.
NEW: My interview with Gov. JB Pritzker (D-IL) for @MeidasTouch
Should Democrats try to "restore the norms" that are being destroyed by Trump? Or should the party fight fire.. with fire?

BREAKING: Explosions have been reported in multiple areas across Iran, with Iranian air-defense systems reportedly activated in response.
Early reports indicate activity in Tehran, Mohr, and Kish Island as a new wave of strikes may be underway.
The U.S. has launched new strikes throughout Iran per Trumpâs direction, CENTCOM confirms. They are once again referring to them as âself-defense strikes.â
JUST IN: A federal judge put Trump's $1.7 billion slush fund on notice.
Judge Richard Leon pressed DOJ lawyers to put in writing that the fund isn't moving forward. When asked why they wouldn't, the DOJ's answer was: "I don't know."
The fund survived today's hearing, but the judge delivered a pointed warning to the DOJ: if the administration is telling the court the fund is not moving forward, then it better not move forward.

Election expert @Stephen_Richer: Election conspiracy theorists clamoring for hand-counting ballots is "asinine in the extreme."

MacFarlane: As for Republicans, I've been looking far and wide for surrogates, for Pulte, those who triumphantly championed his nominationâyou can give me a bunch of magnifying glasses, a group of detectives, you can give me Ben MatlockâI cannot find the Republican up here looking to champion Pulte's nomination.
MacFarlane: What did you make of the president saying he loves inflation?
Welch: Itâs pretty bizarre. He does not get whatâs happening with everyday people. This is happening because of the war. He made a unilateral decision to go to war. He said yes to Netanyahu, and he said no to his own advisers.
Heâs flailing, and there are no negotiations. Itâs really about the president trying to get a face-saving outcome so he can make the assertion that weâre better off, but weâre nowhere.
Coons: The deputy director of national intelligence is a capable professional. He should be the acting DNI.
Pulte is not a capable professional. He doesnât have a clearance. Heâs never worked in intelligence. It makes no sense for Trump to try to jam an unqualified person into a position overseeing 18 different intelligence agencies at exactly the moment that Trumpâs illegal war against Iran is heightening the risk of a terrorist attack.
I will only support a short-term extension if a qualified intelligence professional is the acting DNI.
McGovern: Republicans are scared shitless of Trump. They wonât even say they are mildly concerned because they are afraid of retribution. He is the most corrupt president in history.
Democrats need to start asking these nominees the following four questions:
1. Who won the 2000 presidential election?
2. Who won the 2004 presidential election?
3. Who won the 2016 presidential election?
4. Who won the 2024 presidential election?
here's the full clip of Rep. Emilia Sykes's brilliant line of questioning that made Chris Wright squirm by confronting him with the completely unhinged comments Trump just made in the Oval Office about inflation and the war in Iran
