We’ve strengthened our African network with three partnership agreements in July: an interline agreement with Fastjet in Zimbabwe earlier this month, followed by agreements with Air Peace in Nigeria and Africa World Airlines in Ghana.

Together with the six African destinations announced in April and Etihad's strategic joint venture partnership with Ethiopian Airlines, the agreements let Etihad carry its guests far beyond the destinations it serves with its own aircraft.

We’ve signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Africa World Airlines, establishing a strategic partnership spanning codeshare and interline cooperation, cargo collaboration and frequent flyer programmes.

The agreement will connect our networks, allowing Etihad guests to travel on a single ticket beyond Accra onto Africa World Airlines’ network across Ghana and West Africa, while bringing Africa World Airlines’ customers to Abu Dhabi and onwards across Etihad’s network of 118 destinations.

We’ve signed an interline agreement with Air Peace, Nigeria’s largest airline, connecting our networks and opening 20 destinations across Nigeria, West and Central Africa to our guests.

Etihad guests will be able to travel on a single ticket beyond Lagos and Accra onto Air Peace’s extensive network, with access to major destinations across Africa. Combined journeys will be bookable at https://t.co/NQdYwyTUOf once the agreement takes effect.

We’re proud to have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abra Group, establishing a strategic partnership to strengthen connectivity between Latin America, the Middle East and key global markets.

The partnership creates a framework for long-term collaboration across Abra’s airlines - Avianca, GOL and Wamos Air - connecting Latin America, the Middle East and Asia through complementary networks.
