From his first day of kindergarten to his last day of high school. Such a bittersweet moment for us as Jake prepares to leave the nest and begin a new chapter. We are proud of you & love you very much son #1. #enjoythemoment@jaketanq@TTanq6@AndrewHS_d230@TheIowaHawkeyes
@jacobinfante24@PFSN365 I recall last year at this time how inept the Bears were for not drafting a RB. The criticism about this year is eerily similar. Perhaps a healthier year is what they need. A lot of money already invested in the Dline. The rest of the defense is solid.
@annaafrank729 Hi! I saw that you posted a while back that you had surgery to resolve a volvulus. This is such a rare condition for adults. I also had one back in June 2024. If you’re like me, you have a nice scar down you stomach! Were you given any information as to how and why you had one.
@annaafrank729 Where were you when it happened and what kind of volvulus did they say you endured? I had a midgut volvulus in June 2024 and based on my research it’s definitely a rare condition for adults. Would love to hear your story. I can see you have the NG tube in!
@BPOTTER95@BearsPR Yes I agree. However, if he is literally off his feet and not practicing then to expect him to come back for three days of practice to play a full playoff game is not logical. A ramp up period would have to take place.
@jacobinfante24 Bears win this weekend, Seahawks lose and Packers win means Bears take 1st seed in the playoffs and Lions are eliminated. To
maintain 1st seed Bears most likely have to beat the Lions in the last week which would then be a meaningless game for the Lions. 🤔
@BradBiggs Looks like Bears were in quarters, against trips. If so, then Brisker has #2 (which happens to be Melton). Byard wasn’t there because he has to account for #3. Jaylon has the #1 on the other side. Curious to see Melton’s route and if Brisker got his hips turned the wrong way.
In our competitive society, where it seems that only the strong and winners deserve to live, sport also teaches us how to lose. It forces us, in learning the art of losing, to confront our fragility, our limitations and our imperfections. It is through the experience of these limits that we open our hearts to hope. Athletes who never make mistakes, who never lose, do not exist.
