3/3 We listened to youth activists, researchers, artists & other civil society representatives active in the fight against anti-Muslim hatred. We heard about the difficult context in which they work. We listened to inspiring stories of resilience & courage.

1/3 Yesterday's deadly and cowardly shooting on an Islamic centre in San Diego is a reminder that anti-Muslim hatred is a reality.

Over the past two days, on behalf of @EU_Commission, I organised a coordination meeting on combatting anti-Muslim hatred/racism in Brussels.
