πππNext up in our Player Profile series is our excellent Treasurer, Ruairidh Shaw!πππ
Ruairidh is a Mathematics student by trade. As such, he brings a wealth of mathematical knowledge to his role as Club Treasurer!
πππ Today's Player Profile comes from our fantastic Club Secretary, Richenda Rae! πππ
Richenda's work for the Club involves plenty of "behind the scenes" organisational work, including booking training pitches, coordinating fixtures + working in close liaison with the SU!
πππ Today's Player Profile comes courtesy of Edinburgh University Shinty Club's President for 2019/20, Nathan Whear! πππ
An experienced Shinty player, Nathan has been an ever-present and colourful figure at the Club for the past 5 years!
IMPORTANT POST:
Unfortunately, due to a waterlogged pitch, we have had to cancel our Alumni matches this afternoon. π’
We shall try to reschedule the match for another date if we can
Once again, our regular training schedule will have to be altered slightly due to ongoing issues with the floodlights on South 2.
As such, we will be training on ASTRO 2, on Wednesday from 7 to 9pm. Hope to see you all there!π
Grab your worst shirt and join us for our first themed social of the year tonight!
Join us at the Three Sisters Pub on Cowgate from 7:30pm! There will be plenty of us sporting some truly horrendous shirts, so we won't be that hard to spot!π
We now have a time for our Alumni Ceilidh - 8pm until 12am in the upstairs room of The Three Sisters Pub (i.e next to the Napier Union bar). We hope to see you all there!
Due to continued floodlight issues on South 2 (our regular spot), we shall be playing on Astro 1 on Wednesday between 8:30 and 10. Please note this deviates from the usual training time of 7-9. Also, please bring regular trainers rather than football boots this weekπ
Come join us for our annual Alumni Ceilidh and match! Will the current teams emerge triumphant, or will the Alumni dust off the cobwebs and put the new guys/girls in their place?

Our first training of the semester is this evening between 7 and 9pm! Please remember to come to Hockey A2 at Peffermill Pitches (there are floodlight issues at our usual spot, South 2). Also, bring shinguards and football boots if you have any.
We hope to see you all there!π
