To live a true life in Christ is to experience a revelation of eternity right here in the cosmos. It is a call to mental liberation.
We must pray to the Supreme God for a total rewiring of our inner selves. As the scriptures command us:
Romans 12:2: "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
Ephesians 4:23: "To be made new in the attitude of your minds."
I encourage you today to loosen your mind from the conditioned ideas, fears, and religious fictions you have been raised with. Step into the expansive, high thoughts of God. May God help us and guide us as we proceed in His grace. Amen

*Topic* : *Beyond the Flesh: Dismantling Strongholds and Renewing the Mind*
*Introduction* : The Misplaced Battle
Too often, we fight the wrong battles in the wrong places. We look at our flaws, our struggles, and the world around us, and we try to fight them with human effort. But the word of God calls us to a higher perspective.
In 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, the Apostle Paul writes:
"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ."
We live in physical bodies, but our true battle is not against physical things. If we want to experience real transformation, we must stop warring with the flesh and start addressing the real battleground: the mind.
1. *What is a Stronghold?*
In the ancient, physical world, a stronghold was a military fortress. It was a citadel built with thick stone walls, high towers, and deep moats. It was designed to keep enemies out and keep those inside safe and heavily defended.
Metaphorically, a spiritual or mental stronghold is exactly the same thing. It is an entrenched pattern of thinking. It is a toxic mindset, a protective wall of pride, or a deep-seated lie that a person has believed for so long that it now dictates their behavior. Strongholds like fear, addiction, and deep insecurity hold people captive, making them feel completely unable to break free.
Our weapons are not carnal. We cannot destroy a mental stronghold with physical rules. We destroy them by exposing them to the truth of God.
2. *Rising Above Fleshly Thinking*
When we understand that we are spiritual beings—clothed in the divine nature of God—we realize that things of the flesh should no longer consume our attention.
Take jealousy, for example. To completely eliminate jealousy, a person must stop focusing on the things of the flesh. In human history, people have often crafted "subordinate deities"—gods made in the image of human flaws, gods who are jealous, petty, and limited.
But this begs a profound question: Who is your God?
Is your God just a projection of your own limited ways, or is He the Supreme Creator whose thoughts are infinitely higher than yours? Isaiah 55:8-9 reminds us:
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
True spirituality has little to do with outward, performative morality. It has everything to do with the quality of your thoughts. Are the thoughts in your mind aligned with the supreme good of God, or are they still trapped in the old fictions and imaginations that defy His knowledge?
3. *Breaking Free from Theo-Cultural Conditioning*
For generations, many of us have been handed religious ideas that we accepted without deep understanding or personal prayer. We have relied entirely on external voices—pastors, imams, and religious leaders—to interpret the divine through their own theo-cultural lenses.
Unfortunately, this institutional conditioning often limits our thinking. It makes us docile, passive, and fearful, completely ignoring our individual differences and unique callings.
When Jesus walked the earth, a common truth followed Him everywhere: "Anywhere He went, He was doing good." He was the Almighty Healer, freeing people from their physical and mental prisons. His focus was never on maintaining rigid cultural systems; His focus was on revealing the kingdom.
Our concern must shift away from trying to fix the flesh through human willpower. Instead, we must target the root cause: the lies we have believed and the mental strongholds we have allowed to be built.
*Conclusion* : A Revelation of Eternity
As a man, don’t date or stay with a woman just to have one around.
Be with someone who has something to offer, someone you can call in need who will find a way to help.
Some women offer a man nothing besides vagina.
Vagina should be the least a woman offers a man.
