EWE are pleased to announce we are now carbon neutral, a huge amount of work and changes to our business management system to achieve this accreditation.
Lachlan will be starting an apprenticeship with EWE following a successful work placement with us organised through Skills for work Coordinator David Millar of Angus Council.
Lachlan was one of four students we have supported with work placements in Angus.
A recent lighting upgrade carried out by EWE working with Dextra Design for Arbroath Library.
The first Gallery will be used for Various functions including Weddings.
The second gallery will be the new Angus archives again which the public have access to.

EWE are proud to support sponsorship for new football strips for Southmuir Primary School.
This sports kit will also be used for other sports events too. Our team popped in to visit last week and were very pleased to see that we share a common colour scheme!

BRAN, Blairgowrie – Community Benefits Project - EWE generously supported the project by installing all the electrics into the shed, by means of their Communities Benefit Fund. Our Director of Finance, Lesley, went along to meet team. Great work by all.
A recent upgrade at Carnoustie Leisure Centre, seen Dextra panels and LED effects lighting by LED snaps - All installed and wired by our EWE team!
This was an old squash court converted into a multi purpose gym. New lighting power and ventilation installed.
The team have been working hard on our latest objective for 2024 in achieving ISO45001:2018. This allows us to ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety across our sites. 👷♂️👷
Our EWE team have been busy supporting the Primary STEM Career Fair Pilot in Angus. The children had such a great experience as did all the school staff!
EWE out in action today. The first one is Lilybank resource Centre in Forfar who are having their Christmas party today and the second is Lochlands resource centre who are having their party this afternoon. Both were delighted with the donation and it was very well received🎄
Our team attended a careers fayre tonight at Monfieth H.S which was well attended. It was arranged jointly by @AngusCouncil schools to give current pupils an understanding of path ways they may wish to consider. Our team spoke to a lot of people regarding the electrical industry.
EWE has successfully been appointed to the Scottish Procurement Alliance - Asset Safety and Compliance (ASC1) framework, this will allow us to expand our connections with approved SPA partners.
This week, we have welcomed 2 work placement students to the EWE team. Supporting our core business areas within Dundee and Angus to provide an exciting week of learning for these students.
EWE welcomed Kyle, a student from @DundeeCouncil over a 6 week period for on-site experience in electrical installations. Kyles commitment over the summer holidays seen him receive a new toolkit for all of his efforts.

Our team have been busy, welcoming many students from @DundeeCouncil schools. All students have been shadowing our maintenance team over the past few months. We are committed to supporting local schools and students through our work placement scheme.
