Proud to announce that New Jersey’s fifth Strategic Innovation Center, the Aerospace Innovation Center, is coming to @NARTP_aviation in Atlantic County.
With the help of @NewJerseyEDA, we are continuing to advance research across the state and build up our innovation economy.
@GovMurphy@NARTP_aviation@NewJerseyEDA I’m proud to say my company Airde Elevated Thinking is supporting NARTPs progress into the Advanced Air Mobility industry. We are a veteran-owned, NJ based small business that performs engineering and subject matter expert services to FAA and other entities
@united thanks for my 7 hour trip from EWR to MCO today. Don’t put broken planes back in service until you actually figure out the problem.
That aircraft was down for 3+30 this morning and late coming into EWR. Then on taxi out it broke again.
Not cool
@AirlinesDotOrg I remember when A4A was pushing to privatize the controller workforce and decertify the controllers’ union. I was in the room with the NATCA team at A4A HQ.
Let’s not forget how alliances shift when self interest is on the agenda.
@rhys_parker Working the offshore radar sector at ZNY, those winds always made getting timely altitude approvals from Gander difficult because of the speed at which my sector was traversed. Also vectors for traffic were useless.
@rustysunshine @atclew58 @tomcostellonbc@NBCNews I agree. I retired at 50. Could have gone at 49 but Covid hit hard so I stayed the extra year.
The schedule beats you up, the traffic kicks your ass and the poor management placement and negative labor relations over my 26years at FAA created a hostile atmosphere
@RWMann@AirlineFlyer Nothing to do with throughput. Simply works off asde x tracks. No need to overthink it. It’s a tool and radar/multi-lat isn’t perfect. Lots of target jitter. You don’t want false alerts so there need to be a confirmation of some kind of the forward momentum.
@atclew58 @DocBooda I think about a month or a little more. Annuity took 3 months I think. It was a stretch of my savings to get through. I didn’t expect the length of delay and the shortfall of the initial checks.
