I’ve had an absolutely fantastic day at @TGAPerdi experiencing what it’s like to teach in a primary school. Year 4 put on their builders hats and created some fanatastic bridges and skyscrapers, earning themselves a superstar crest award!! @CRESTAwards @UWPGSEC

[Emily Westwood @EWestwood_Bio]

That’s placement 2 completed! A huge Thankyou to @Ridgewood_High for having me. I have learnt so much despite my short time here and am looking forward to taking it all back with me to placement 1! 👩‍🏫 Best wishes to all the staff ! @UWPGSEC

My Year 7s were set a science project for over half term to made a model of an atom of their choice. How fanatastic are these!!!?? ⚛️🔬

First Half Term done
I’ve had a brilliant time at @UWPGSEC @WoodrushTC and @Woodrushhigh so far and have enjoyed completing my first 4 solo lessons these past two weeks! Excited to get stuck in more after half term.
I hope everyone has a good and well-deserved break!

[Woodrush Training Consortium @WoodrushTC]

Today we have been discussing inclusion which has included us thinking quite openly about our own identities @UWPGSEC

[Emily Westwood @EWestwood_Bio]

Thankyou @EdwardOldcorne for letting the @UWPGSEC Science trainees come in today to micro-teach! We had a great time teaching the Year 7s how to work scientifically to solve puzzles and got some great feedback! A great way to celebrate #WorldTeachersDay2022 with my first lesson!
