Waking up in a brand-new body? For some insects, that’s just a normal day! 🐛
In this video, we dive into the concept of metamorphosis and see how “growing up” in the insect world is completely different from anything we know and have experienced as humans. 🤯
Just one week to go until you can explore the hive like never before 🐝

#BEASTARS
Who says science enthusiasts can’t be fun and creative? I love insects, and I also love cosplaying to celebrate characters. Cheers to embracing the many worlds we are a part of, the many hats we wear, and the roles we take on! 😊
“Or we go with my playbook, and we just lay low… maybe we don’t have to prove anything to anybody.” - Nick Wilde (Zootopia 2) 🦊

When I wore my very first fox ears prop from 10 years ago to watch Zootopia 2, I felt an indescribable rush and a renewed excitement for the world of Zootopia. Somehow, I immediately knew I wanted to cosplay him again after my 6-year hiatus from the community.
Amongst many things, he reminds me of those times when we hide our care and insecurities behind humor. I’m so happy that in the second movie, he became more honest with himself, more in touch with his true feelings, and more comfortable showing them.
On a more personal note: I’ve always been a fan of Zootopia since the first movie came out. Needless to say, Nick Wilde immediately became a personal favorite because he is such a relatable character.
