Monangai + Wicks ATD
Monangai: 147 rush yards on 20 carries (7.4 YPC) vs a vulnerable Philly run defense.
Wicks: 147 receiving yards + TD and draws a strong matchup vs Chicago’s aggressive man/single-high coverage.
Wicks 1st TD
One early vertical shot vs isolated man coverage.
SNF TD CARD
First TD: Kyren Williams
Rams ATTD: Terrance Ferguson
Broncos ATTD: Evan Engram
Safer Rams ATTD: Kyren Williams
Safer Broncos ATTD: J.K. Dobbins
Ferguson + Engram are where I see the better scheme + price combination.
#SNF TD SCORER THREAD 🧵
Rams @ Broncos.
I dug into red-zone usage, defensive tendencies, personnel/injuries and how each offense matches the opposing scheme.
Here are my 3 favorite TD angles tonight:
BRONCOS ATTD — Evan Engram +400-450
Rather than attacking the strength of LA’s defense outside, Denver can create Engram opportunities against the Rams’ underneath/intermediate coverage.
With Jonah Coleman OUT, Denver also loses one red-zone option.
BAL/DAL — Lamar Jackson +195 ⭐⭐⭐
Dallas has surrendered an NFL-high 126 rushing yards to QBs on 19 carries — 6.6 YPC. Lamar has faced Dallas twice in his career and has rushed for a TD in BOTH games, totaling 181 rushing yards. He’s also already for 74 rushing yards and a TD.
LV/NO — Chris Olave +150 ⭐
Las Vegas plays zone at the 2nd-highest rate in the NFL, while Olave ranks 10th among WRs against zone. He’s also produced 105 yards from the slot, 3rd-most among WRs, against a Raiders defense ranked 29th in yards allowed to slot receivers. Easy.
Jets–Lions — Amon-Ra St. Brown -125 ⭐️ This is all about condensed red-zone usage: Amon-Ra owns a massive 42.9% red-zone target share, placing him in the 96th percentile among WRs. He’s already scored four TDs through two games. If it ain’t broke.
