@paulturner67 Nice one, I started last Month. Def kills cravings and food noise and dropped around 6kg so far just through not grazing. Helps keep energy levels up amd not getting 'hangry'. Acid reflux and nausea can be a bit much to start with. Good luck man

Exceptional performance & very unlucky not to get the win. Wissa was absolutely immense. KK would have been proud 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Great first game for MJ. We need 3 more players(especially now Burn is clapped) and should have a good season.
