Today we celebrate differences, amplify voices, and stand for inclusion. 💙 Autism is not a limitation—it’s a unique way of experiencing the world. Let’s choose understanding over judgment, kindness over assumptions, and create spaces where everyone belongs.

Today we stand for awareness, compassion, and real conversations. Bipolar disorder is not a label or what mainstream media has made it out to be. It’s a lived experience that deserves empathy and support because it impacts lives in unimaginable ways.
Women occupy 51% of Uganda’s population while also being part of the underserved and marginalized. The same is true to the rest of the African continent. Tomorrow we’re creating space to discuss what empowerment means but also young women’s lived realities.
The flooding currently happening in our city is an indicator of the lack of awareness and preparation for climate change. We need to rebuild our city to a climate resilient one. Safe enough for its occupants and those seeking aid!
So many initiatives and so much money and resources are used up to empower women which begs the question! Are these women truly empowered? @Lord_Mutuzo@huzyfers@GimonoMaureen@faithwambuic continue this conversation tomorrow at 1pm EAT
We’re hosting @Lord_Mutuzo for an important conversation where she’ll share her perspective on what empowerment looks like for young African women as a human rights activist and media influencer in commemoration of the women’s month!

Strong women deserve strong support. 💜
This #InternationalWomensDay, we celebrate the resilience of women and reaffirm our commitment to promoting mental health, wellbeing, and safe spaces where every woman feels heard and supported.
Yesterday reminded us of the heroes of our past and the changemakers of today — whose courage, sacrifice, and spirit keep Kenya shining bright. ✨ #MashujaaDay
