My husband thinks the sun shines out our child's backside, and when we got brought in for a behaviour incident, even with physical evidence, he still made the assumption someone was telling/forcing them to do it.

Why is early years losing so many of its workforce?
Because even though I have 2 degrees, my EY Teachers Status and I'm a part of the management team; I'm not even getting the "Unqualified Teacher" rate of pay.
I mean I could, but it would cost the parents a lot more!!!

There was a SG incident today in front of the DSL and she didnt intervene. It's really not sitting right with me.
1) I dont think the child is in immediate danger.
2) I honestly believe it's a culture/parenting ed thing.
3) Practitioner completed a form.

I've been in agony for well over two years now.
At 34, having already had two knee operations, countless trips to physio and chronic pain; I just can't anymore.

I'm not going to beat around the bush, but I almost got into a physical altercation today with a member of the public who upset one of my parents with mental health.

Friends 3yo nephew has been excluded with immediate effect for "Safeguarding". Child is under SEND w/o diagnosis.
Nursery have not provided any policies/support plans to help child.
Where can this family get help?
I've never excluded a SEND.
