@Flipkart@flipkartsupport why do you need multiple ID proofs to resolve my issue? You already have my aadhaar details. Is this a stalling tactic? This was supposed to be resolved by May 12th.
@amritrajkhowa@flipkartsupport Not yet @amritrajkhowa@flipkartsupport . They did email and call me though, and said they were going to "investigate and resolve the issue." I have heard these words so many times so I'm a little sceptical. They should just own up to their mistake and make it right.
@agarwala_vishal@flipkartsupport I have inboxed them the order account number. I did it this this morning as well as when I posted the original tweet. They make reassuring noises but in reality they reject the request repeatedly and now they have blocked my Flipkart account.
