Freedom of the press ≠ freedom to trespass. The First Amendment protects journalists from government censorship—it does not give anyone the right to barge into a private church service, disrupt worship, or ignore property rights. If someone was arrested for trespass or disruption, that’s not a threat to “every American”—it’s basic law being enforced. You should know the American constitution to be a US Representative. Good Lord.
