Humanity has externalized what was meant to be internalized. Practices became beliefs, models became idols and paths turned into professions of faith. The inner truth is not complex, it’s exacting.
Trying to grasp the truth with the mind is like trying to catch sunlight in your hands. You can feel it, you can see it, but you cannot take it anywhere to show others. They simply must witness the moment alongside you.
The world teaches us depth equals complexity. Wisdom looks like endless analysis. Fulfillment must be chased through achievement, identity, or emotional intensity. So when you start to feel peaceful, quiet, and clear, your mind still wants to say, “What’s the catch?”
There is something in you that remembers before who you were the names, before the roles, before the architecture of “self.” And every once in a while, it breaks through. In a thought, a silence, a breath.
Water in a barrel does not continue to pour from a hole above the waterline. Your energy is the same. Pour freely as long as there’s something meaningful to pour into.
