To say that I am looking forward to the #CDL2020Launch later tonight is an understatement! Excited to see everyone's hard work come to fruition!

Love the #gotyourback partnership between @UNICEF and @FNATIC
Definitely will be tuning-in and supporting a very worth cause.
Would love to see more partnerships like this in the future between other esports orgs and charities.
Memes aside for a sec.

A recent decision involving Wizards (owners of #dungeonsanddragons) will have serious consequences for smaller game developers and publishers within the EU ecosystem. If you are one of these, make sure you properly clear the name of your title! https://t.co/w0qmuE2dWo
Nade puts two of the problems with franchising very well: 1) the sheer cost; and, 2) the loss of brand identity. Having seen the development of some amazing CoD brands over the past 5+ years, I worry what the impact of not having these in the CWL will mean for future growth.
Great day go karting today @FormulaFast May not have won, but loved every second of it - particularly this move on the hairpin to get past 2/3 cars in front. #lateonthebreaks#swiftovertake
Saw some amazing animals at @ColchesterZoo. Fed a giraffe and an elephant, saw the tiger and lion encounter, but by far, the highlight was meeting Barry.

This is another example of a brand struggling to take issue with lookalike products using traditional methods.
A new approach is needed to tackle these sorts of issues. That's where IAM comes in.
@esportslaw This whole thread is very well put, Bryce. There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about some of the nuances here - it’s easy to look at the agreement through a key hole without thinking about the wider commercial considerations at the time (for both sides).
Does your brand have an approach to tackle counterfeiting...? Do you know what it is...?
It's too big of an issue to ignore and traditional methods don't work anymore.
A new approach is needed. That's where Intangible Asset Management comes in...
Don't think you have a counterfeiting problem? You just haven't found it yet
In an online environment, traditional brand protection doesn't work
Don't keep plugging leaks. Fix them systematically. Permanently.
