@Airbnb Why is your company REPEATEDLY telling me my gift cards expired when I have an email that explicitly says "Once you've added the credit to your AirBNB account, it will not expire." You owe me $400 and I'm not going to stop until you send it.

@AirbnbHelp Please explain why $400 of gift card credits were removed from my account with no warning or explanation? Your terms clearly state gift cards do not expire. Your support team says I was emailed that the gift card is expiring but that is not true. This is a joke

@VerizonSupport It's not wireless. It's FIOS. I can't stream using various apps or online when log in with my FIOS credentials. I recently moved and was forced to create a new account. I need to actually speak with a human being who knows what they are talking about.

@EA I bought Apex coins as a gift thinking it was a digital code. I immediately contacted support. I was told by your support they can't be transferred or refunded. This is outrageous. I just want a refund so I can re-buy them as a digital download for my nephew.
