Why does RBI allow banks to charge presumptive interest on credit card outstandings? If a customer pays after due date and the payment doesn't reflect in next credit card bill, the said bill includes interest up to next due date. They never reverse the excess interest later on.

@priyankac19 It's a "damned if I do, damned if I don't" situation for farmers. They're doomed if the crop fails and doomed if it succeeds. Too many people are growing the same crop, beyond demand. This can happen in industry too but industry somehow regulates production when a glut occurs.
