Another powerful book by @EarlyTrain. Beautifully written and full of emotion.
Also contains some of my favourite walks in the Peak District. It has certainly left it's mark! 10/10
I'm sure my students will love it just as much as The Final Year and The First Year.

Six Weeks @EarlyTrain Wow! Hits hard as it should do when exploring grief then hope. Be it a window or a mirror to the reader, it will feed the soul and mend the heart - just a little- as we “keep our heads down through the head bits and eyes to the horizon when it gets easier”

@EarlyTrain just finished reading “Six Weeks,” it was a beautiful, emotional and very raw story of dealing with loss from a child’s perspective. Loved that it was set in Sheffield and the Peak District too, I imagine there were a lot of very personal touches to Alfie’s story.
