🚨 UPDATE: My Bitget Wallet Referral Issue

After my previous posts, Sam (@0xDrSam) from the Bitget Wallet team contacted me on Telegram and invited me to a Google Meet to discuss my case.

During our discussion, I explained that my community followed the published campaign requirements:

✅ Signed up through my referral link
✅ Completed KYC
✅ Applied for and activated the Bitget Card
✅ Made the required transaction

There was no rule in the campaign Terms & Conditions stating that a $0.04 transaction or identical transaction amounts would make referrals invalid.

Instead of providing a transparent review or paying my remaining rewards, I was offered an Ambassador role and asked to move on from this issue.

I respectfully declined because trust comes before future partnerships. If my current campaign rewards remain unresolved, I cannot confidently promote future campaigns.

I also raised another important concern:

If the campaign budget was insufficient due to higher-than-expected participation, why were users and promoters not informed instead of rejecting rewards after the campaign?

In addition, Sam acknowledged that Waleed's behavior toward me was inappropriate and apologized for it. I appreciated the apology.

However, after I refused to drop my reward claim, I was warned about possible legal action over my public posts, and I was later blocked on X (Twitter) By @0xDrSam

I am still asking for only one thing:

A fair, transparent review of my remaining referral rewards based on the published campaign rules.

I have screenshots, call records, and evidence supporting my claims.

@BitgetWallet Please resolve this fairly. Transparency builds trust—not threats or silence.

🚨Very Disappointed with @BitgetWallet Referral Campaign

I promoted the Bitget Wallet referral campaign to my genuine community of 10,000+ members across YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

Within just 2 days, I generated 185+ referrals, and participants completed the required tasks, including card activation.

My dashboard initially showed over $400 in pending rewards. However, only $92.10 was eventually credited, while many referrals were later marked as invalid without any clear explanation.

I have contacted support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received a proper response.

I would appreciate clarification from @BitgetWallet on the following:

✅ Why were these referrals marked as invalid?

✅ Which specific campaign rules were allegedly violated?

✅ Why has there been no response from support despite multiple inquiries?

I have screenshots, referral records, and evidence to support my claim. Community trust depends on transparency and fair treatment of participants.

Looking forward to an official explanation.
