I am reporting an unresolved withdrawal issue with BitMart.
I submitted a withdrawal request 3 days ago, and my assets have still not arrived in my wallet. The withdrawal has not been properly resolved, and I have received no satisfactory explanation regarding the status of my funds.
I have already submitted reports and complaints to IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)regarding this matter.
Attached are screenshots confirming my reports.
I am requesting immediate clarification from BitMart regarding:
1The current status of my withdrawal
2The location and security status of my assets
3The reason for this delay
4A clear timeline for resolution
Users deserve transparency, accountability, and timely access to their own assets.
I hope BitMart and relevant authorities will investigate this matter and provide a prompt resolution.

minimum withdrawal was: $5
so i deposited to qualify: $10

the fees deducted: $11
received in wallet: $1

turned $2 into $1 and gave bitmart

If you’re experiencing this then calm down let me explain.

After Bitmart announcing their shutdown they triggered what is called a bank run 🏃‍♂️

This is a scenario where all customers run to their bank to take out their money all at once.

The first effect it has is the crowding of the network used for transfer due to more requests than it can handle. Leading to a crash of the network.

The second effect is more requests than the liquidity available for withdrawal. In Bitmart’s case I believe there is liquidity.

So the possible problem here might just be that the network for payment crashed and keeps crashing as requests keep piling up.

On July 26, BitMart officially announced it is winding down operations.

What's happening right now:

💰 Withdrawals – The exchange has switched to manual review, asking for documents, selfies, and IP addresses. Users are complaining en masse that withdrawals have been stuck for days. In the last 24 hours, only 58 wallets have withdrawn about $805K. And in the last 8 hours – not a single withdrawal.

📉 80% of reserves have been drained from the exchange: from July 6 to July 27, reserves dropped from 1.8M.

👤 Global CEO Nenter Chow found out about the closure from the news. He was fired on July 24.

⚠️ What to do – If you have funds on BitMart, withdraw them now. Withdrawal requests are accepted until August 26, but better not to wait.

they are pretty much instantly rejecting any withdrawals over 100$, along with having to pay 5$ per withdrawal transaction...

so if i have 2k$ i would need to make 20 withdrawals and paying 100$ in fees for that!

i think it's fair to say this is one of the biggest exchanges exit scams!
