This lovely bowl served our family of 3 generously, using only 2 standard size salmon fillets.
Delicious soy, sesame and lime glazed salmon fillets, pan seared. Served with quinoa, steamed greens and avocado.
Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
1. Scoop halved baked potatoes & whip contents with butter, creole spice, chai spice
2. Sautéed onion, garlic, dried oregano, toasted & cooked farro and red pepper and Asiago sausage together with salt, pepper. Mix in dried cranberries and toasted walnuts
Healthier Cinnamon Rolls.
These gorgeous cinnamon rolls are topped with blackberries, then baked, and iced with açaí powder for a real antioxidant and immune boost.
Dressed with a little crumbled goat cheese for a perfectly balanced twist.

Super easy to make just pile it up in a jar/glass/bowl and leave for a few hours or overnight to do its magic! (I got a bit impatient as you can tell 🤪)
This smoothie has spinach 🌱, cucumber 🥒 , and avocado 🥑 for the ultimate green mix. It has a squirt of lemon 🍋 added for that tart tang that makes it delicious and drinkable.
