@CasPiancey Someone asked for an update on this. There’s a new link to check@the Munoz case.
Yeah I circle back every once in a while but I have no new content to post. Glad to see Tomlin and you are still going strong. Cheers
@CasPiancey@CryptoCriticPod@BennettTomlin@thesamreynolds Been away for a while. Seems like nothing’s changed.
Listened to a handful of your episodes. I like the Liberty Reserve one a lot, it reminded me that Patryn and Cotten used to run a LR exchanger.
@BennettTomlin@CasPiancey For completeness : the secrecy surrounding a Bahamas trust is also one theory why people involved with Tether reserves sometimes seem like they want to talk about it, but can’t. See this interview and my last brainstorm on the subject:
An immediate question mark comes from the statement of Gregory Pepin - Chairman of Delchain - on Laura Shin’s podcast. https://t.co/wFrRN2ewlR
At around 15:55 “We’re not involved in the investment, but we are a custodian of their cash equivalents”
@BennettTomlin@CasPiancey The final product is a state of the art asset shelter/concealment : the bahamas crypto trust. The assets can stay in a cold wallet forever & still generate returns via a Tether loan, executed in Singapore (the one jurisdiction I know that seems to recognize the Bahamas trust).
