@TELUSsupport I think your tech who was supposed to fix our business internet **this morning** has been abducted by aliens. If it wasn't for the text y'all sent me, threatening me with a $200 fine if I wasn't there for the appointment, the irony would not itch quite so much.

So slide into my DMs with a Telus phone number I can call, not be on hold for over an hour, and chat with someone about why I should remain a Telus customer. Because @shawhelp is looking increasingly good for ALL my communication services.

Or maybe we could have been more understanding if the entire telephone process to try to get help from your company had not been a 3 hour goat rodeo which culminated in me driving to the other end of town to get a piece of hardware which, it turned out, wasn't actually available.
