Bare Bones! Central Arkansas Water has been demoed & exterior walls have been removed. This 4 story complete renovation has reached the end of the tear down & is undergoing fireproofing, site utility work & back framing of exterior walls. What a transformation this will be!

The Big Orange, on University Ave., underwent modifications to its existing patio, transforming it into a fully enclosed space suitable for year-round use. The beautiful new space sports an acoustical deck with all new seating and is heated and cooled. Come by and check it out!

The new Pine Bluff High School campus is preparing to flip the switch on the new HVAC systems! Interior framing and MEP work is underway and the courtyard columns are being framed. The Arena is erecting steel and the second floor of the concourse is being poured.

The new Curtain Wall is looking BEAUTIFul! With energy saving panels & a modernized look, this building is hardly recognizeable! Cromwell Architects did an amazing job bringing an improved eco footprint to this project.
