Charlie Kirk suspected immediately that October 7 was an Israeli false flag. Our leaders ignored him, which is why our empire is now being destroyed by Netanyahu-led wars. Dave Smith on this generation’s 9-11.
New York Democrats have declared WAR ON THE AMISH. Thanks to their unconstitutional attack on religion, they're now able to fine EACH unvaccinated Amish child $2,000 EVERY SINGLE DAY.
⠀
The $118,000 bill is one day, not the cap. Three one-room schools alone already owe that much for 59 children, at $2,000 each.
⠀
Health Commissioner Mary Bassett imposed it on December 15, 2022. She called the sum conservative because it assumed only one day out of compliance.
⠀
Dygert Road was billed $52,000 for 26 children. Pleasant View was billed $46,000 for 23.
⠀
Shady Lane was billed $20,000 for 10.
⠀
Footnote 9 of the Second Circuit opinion records the state's view. Each day an unvaccinated student attends is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine.
⠀
Another day for those 59 children is another $118,000. A 180-day year at that rate is about $21 million, and the families say they cannot pay the first bill.
⠀
Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd run the schools. The schools sit in Clymer and Heuvelton, plus the Canajoharie settlement, and take no public money.
⠀
They had a religious exemption for decades. On June 13, 2019, Democrats repealed it after measles spread through Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Rockland County.
⠀
Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill. Governor Kathy Hochul left it in force.
⠀
A parent may not excuse a child for faith.
⠀
Senator James Skoufis said the exemption was made up and fake. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz called it utter garbage.
⠀
Counsel Aaron Siri told the New York Post the families can pay only if the state takes their land. Some in the community have talked of leaving the state.
⠀
The case is Miller versus McDonald. The Second Circuit ruled against them on June 30 in 2026.
⠀
A Supreme Court petition was due around September 28.
Make sure EVERYONE sees this. If WE don't stand up for these incredible men and women - WHO WILL?!?!?!

Where is the “my body my choice crowd now”?
Chomsky wrote off a live genocide as a fabrication while the killing was still underway.
In 1977, with Pol Pot still in power, he wrote in The Nation that refugee accounts of Khmer Rouge executions were fabrications built to discredit the left.
Before the regime fell in 1979, about 1.7 million people, nearly a quarter of Cambodia, were dead from execution, starvation, and disease.
After that, he and Edward Herman treated survivor testimony as inherently unreliable and blamed Western journalists for inflating the violence to justify American intervention.
They accused François Ponchaud of revising his death toll upward for political effect. He denied it but Chomsky never retracted.
When Vietnam’s invasion made the atrocities undeniable, he recast it as a methods critique. The 1977 piece had already used “fabrication” and “conscious restructuring of history” for the mainstream accounts.
That same move is still the default on Xinjiang, Venezuela, and Cuba. The method outlived the dead.
🚨 “SHE’LL BE DEAD TONIGHT.” THEY SAID SHE WAS UNSALVAGEABLE. THEN GAIL WENT HOME.
Instead of hearing a plan for how Gail could recover, her family says they were repeatedly told to prepare for her death.
They were told her lungs were permanently damaged.
They were told she was “unsalvageable.”
But Gail was conscious, mentally coherent, and repeatedly said she wanted to leave.
So her husband made a decision:
He was taking his wife home.
What followed was a roughly six-hour standoff involving hospital administrators and law enforcement.
At one point, Gail reportedly asked a police sergeant:
“Am I a patient or am I a prisoner?”
Eventually, the hospital released her.
But as the family left, her husband says a nurse told him:
“Mark my words, she'll be dead tonight or before you even get home.”
Then they got home.
And that's where the story takes an unexpected turn.
🫁 60 LITERS → 25 LITERS
In the hospital, Gail had reportedly been receiving 60 liters of high-flow oxygen.
After bringing her home, her husband says he was able to get her down to 25 liters with the equipment available to him.
He and their daughter Angela then cared for Gail at home with guidance from Dr. Richard Bartlett.
The approach they describe included:
• Budesonide
• Ivermectin
• Antibiotics
• Vitamins
• Supportive care
Then came the change they had been desperately hoping for.
⏱️ WITHIN 48 HOURS
Her family says Gail's oxygen requirements dropped dramatically.
📅 30 DAYS
She was reportedly completely weaned off oxygen.
📅 60 DAYS
Her family says she had recovered enough to return to work.
And today?
According to her husband, Gail is alive, healthy, active, and enjoying life with her children and grandchildren.
That makes the opening line hit differently.
“She’ll be dead tonight.”
That was the prediction.
But according to her family's account, Gail went home, recovered, and got her life back.
This is one family's account of a remarkable recovery, and the treatments described are not proof that the same approach will work for everyone.
But the story raises a question that is difficult to ignore:
Sometimes the most powerful part of a recovery story isn't where it ends.
It's the moment someone refused to believe it was over.

@R_H_Ebright@whisperingcandl I've read intubated and given antibiotics too late. Which seems rather peculiar. There's a lot of FUD around this story, somebody wants a reason to lock us all down.
@BabyD1111229 Key question: in addition to venting her (!), and not properly treating her pneumonia (!), did they also give her remdesivir? Because if so, she was set up to die.
