@Allen_Kagina @UVTABOfficial @Educ_SportsUg The program goal is to increase gainful employment of 3,500 vulnerable youth (50% female) aged 16-30 from rural communities of Karamoja with key focus on skilling of youth, strengthening capacity of Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs) and improving TVET policy environment.

We also discussed accreditation and licensing
Regulations and guidelines for registration plus licensing of TVET training providers,
Registration and licensing of TVET trainers ,instructors,local artisans and craftsmen as well as Offenses and penalties among others.

Day 2 in Karamaoja still on our sensitisation drive about TVET went smooth as we explored
registration and licensing of Formal Skills training programs and registration and licensing of Modular skills training providers.
