@ChadleyFree Send me a private message. I can get a bit more into detail on how redemption periods work and how you can go about it if you did indeed have a judicial foreclosure.
@ChadleyFree It should specify on your foreclosure documentation, although it's not always on there. Mortgage foreclosures are usually non-judicial. HOA and property tax foreclosures can be judicial. With judicial you may have a redemption period. In Utah the redemption period is 6 months.
@ChadleyFree It depends, laws are different in every state and there may be some flexibility. I saw that you're based out of Utah. Do you know if this was a judicial or non-judicial foreclosure?
