@SouthernRailUK @southern I have tried TWICE (yesterday, and again today) to use your online form to complain and request reimbursement of extra costs but the form sits at 'Submitting' and does nothing. I am owed taxi money £70 and food money £11.85, due to the horrendous travel yesterday.

@SupportCli38810 @southern Nothing from you yet. To complicate matters a little, we've been travelling by bus for a long time. I have water to drink but no access to toilets obviously. Bumpy bus = grumpy bladder. If I DON'T drink I get dehydrated easily and dehydration = evil migraines. Not happy

@SouthernRailUK @southern Hi kirsty - thanks, I have read the Charter. It is suitably vague regarding "other expenses". Our journey was due to end at Fareham at 12.05. We would then have been home for lunch. Currently with all the bus switching we won't be home before 3pm (optimistic).
