easy and simple batter for fried vegetables. 1 cup flour and 2/3 cup of very cold sparkling water.

Grilled chicken. marinate it in olive oil, chopped rosemary, sliced garlic, a little of aleppo pepper and lemon zest before grilling.

Slice 1 onion, sweat. Add 3 beaten eggs salt and pepper. Cover and cook at low flame until firm... and you have an Onion Frittata!
