@vampire_toothy Idk 18m is like preeetttyy close all things considered. Running away & having an unknown spit shots at me while I stare & timer doesnt drop would just be like annoying.
I dont think itd make him like super strong or anything like that but like it just sounds ughhhhh
Killer players who play their killer badly and then keep on ranting about game balance without acknowledging any of their short comings are very hard for me to take serious
I can never watch them personally
@MintyTHELion@binej_yeah I had a really good psychic going and i just lost because literally I blindly go into Hitler land to insta-lose because I made the unfortunate call to run a psychic for once, only to electrify the robots & get fucked by reflection for no reason
@MintyTHELion@binej_yeah Like it feels like it almost just tries less. Act 3 is like just u have overpowered stuff so you just cant lose ever or you get fucked over by some rng shite, which means if you beat act 3 its boring cuz ur too strong, and if you lose its because youre just getting gimmicked
Dbd luck as a mechanic is broken and seriously needs to be revised or just outright changed.
While sure, it makes for funny clips and etc etc, it is fundamentally unfair for the killer player.
3 chances is better than a 1/10. Those are pretty good odds to get a comeback
@PaulieEsther1 I believe with 4 up the antes, 4 salty lips, 4 slippery meat it should be 18%ish total, compared to the old 56%.
Soooo about 70%ish chance to unhook with 6 tries, compared to the old 99%, so for all 4 to get off its like waaaay less likely since its 30% chance of failure
Jason's add-on "Deputy's Badge" will be reworked after the PTB.
On the LEFT is the NEW version // on the RIGHT is the OLD version
[THIS EFFECT IS NOT ACTIVE ON PTB]
@mizstee I mean i dont really know a lot about games & networking, but surely they can just save a snapshot of survivor position & speed when the grab is initiated & then when server cancels it, check survivor's position relative to the killer to see if an m1 would have hit
@mizstee@G0VannyG0 They just need a more sophisticated way of checking if the killer had m1'd instead, would it have hit. Their current method of just doing the m1 after the grab fails is dumb
