Increased the 9-Me-BC dose today:
20mg → 40mg
Still running bromantane at 100mg.
Really interested in the long term neuroadaptive side of this stack more than acute stimulation. Curious what dosing protocols others have found effective and overall thoughts/pointers?

Yeah I think it can honestly. Especially on top of ultra low fat/high carb. My guess is lowering both fat oxidation and amino acid load pushes the body harder toward glucose oxidation which seems to improve insulin sensitivity and glycogen turnover pretty aggressively.
I also notice way less water retention/inflammation doing it this way, especially with fruit based carbs. Temporary lower mTOR signaling from protein restriction also seems to have pretty noticeable cognitive effects for me personally. (Stacking 100mg bromantane and 20mg 9mebc as well)
Wouldn’t run super low protein long term obviously, but short term for cutting/recomp I definitely think there’s something there metabolically.
@M_Heidemann@BerbarianWizard I highly recommend looking into fruit fasting and protein restriction benefits though, here is an excerpt from Ray peats book (highly recommend reading)

It varies often, here recently I’ve been exploring fruit fasting for body recomp/cognitive benefits(cutting) for 3-4 days at a time (protein restriction has some crazy benefits, also make sure your taking b1-complex) for my normal diet I would say follow the ray peat guidelines for food selection
On a cut I aim for about 2,200–2,500 calories depending on amount of training
300–400g carbs
25–35g saturated fat
150–180g protein
On a bulk I aim for about 3,400–3,800 calories
450–550g carbs
60–80g saturated fat
170–200g protein
@SaturatedFat_@BerbarianWizard I lifted a little bit in highschool but never was consistent and I had shitty form and shitty diet , I was however stronger for my age B-295 S-415 D-415 senior year (22-23) but was a fat chud (240lbs)
but now I am 175lbs B-335 S-435 D-435
Weigh less but am stronger than ever
